  • Do I need an appointment?

Yes, appointments are required to ensure each client receives our full care and attention. Walk-ins are not guaranteed. You may book via text, email, or voicemail. We kindly ask that you arrive on time so we can create the best experience for everyone.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Service prices do not include gratuity. Tips are always appreciated and never expected, based on the full pre-discounted service value.

  • How should I prepare for my appointment?

Arriving prepared helps us deliver the best results.

  • Please arrive with clean skin and no eye makeup

  • Avoid oil-based products around the eye area

  • For lash services, avoid waterproof mascara for 48 hours prior

  • Avoid caffeine or stimulants at least 5 hours before your appointment

If makeup removal is needed, please arrive early or request our makeup removal service for an additional fee.

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Changes made 24 hours or more in advance incur no charge

  • Changes made within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee

Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy.

  • What happens if I arrive late?

Appointments are scheduled by time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation depending on availability. The full service price will still apply.

If available, additional time may be added for an extra $20 fee.
